I am a yoga enthusiast who stumbled upon the transformative power of yoga in 2011 while in Bali. Later while going through the deepest chapter of a health crisis, yoga became my guiding light. 

This profound experience ignited a passion within myself to share its transformative power with others. Besides teaching In Brussels, I enjoy travelling and have taught in the serene landscapes of Thailand, Cambodia, and Bali. 

For me, yoga transcends beyond mere physical postures of Asana practice or being flexible; it's a holistic practice embracing mindfulness, gratitude, and more importantly cultivating a positive mindset. 

In between travels I channels my creativity through the lens as a commercial photographer, videographer, and workshop leader. Beyond yoga, my pursuits include a lifelong dedication to Shotokan Karate and certification as a Thai massage therapist.
